Fluorescence test targets

At BioPixS, our fluorescence test targets are engineered for precise calibration and validation of fluorescence-based imaging systems. Whether you’re working in microscopy, endoscopy, fluorescence-guided surgery, or system development, our targets provide a reliable standard for resolution, alignment, and contrast testing.

We offer both high resolution (USAF Groups 0–8 or 2-8) and low resolution (Groups -2 to 5 or 0 to 5) versions, each customizable with a range of fluorescent dyes and positive/negative contrast patterns, tailored to mimic real-world imaging conditions.

We now also offer Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging (FLIM) Test Targets, the first commercial solution for standardized lifetime calibration. Available in both high and low resolution versions, these targets are optimized for confocal, wide-field, and TCSPC-based FLIM systems.
